Here we go again.
Earlier today it was reported that Yoo Ah In had finalized his casting in SBS’s Jang Ok Jeong alongside Kim Tae Hee. His agency has come back saying that while his casting has not been confirmed for the March drama, he is currently reviewing the series. According to them, these reports are particularly premature considering a contract hasn’t even been drawn up which makes it difficult to finalize anything.
Is it just me or do these articles make the people behind Jang Ok Jeong seem a bit desperate? Less than a month ago reports like this were released announcing T.O.P’s casting and it turned out not to be true. Now it seems less likely that he’ll accept the role and I’m sure they’re attempt to publicize the possibility of his participation didn’t help seeing that it was intended to muscle him into accepting the offer. Now it seems they’re doing the same thing to Yoo Ah In. The good thing is that they may have a better shot with him seeing that he needs redemption from his last drama (Fashion King, bleh) He’s also not just coming off a world tour and currently filming a film with quite a few production problems, one of them being having to work around his world tour. While it hasn’t bee stated that Yoo Ah In is considering the role offered to T.O.P (rumored to be King Sukjong), we can only assume that’s what’s happening as it is the lead role.
The way I see it, we win no matter what happens so I’m happy to sit back and let the rumors ultimately lead us to our leading man. You know, one that’s actually willing to finalize

it would be great if Yoo Ah In stars in this. I really want to see him in something good after the “fashion king” disaster.
